Disneyland in Anaheim, California is extremely good about making gluten free food available at just about any restaurant both in the resort as well as in Downtown Disney. It’s a little weird at first and you feel like you don’t want to make a big fuss, but be advised this is their normal procedure: when you order your food, weather it’s at a sit down restaurant or just an ice cream parlor, they will always send the chef (or manager) out to personally take your order. They can discuss with you the various options and changes they will need to do to make your food gluten free and they do an amazing job of it! You don’t have to just order the chicken “dry,” they will have tasty gluten free alternatives! At the ice cream parlors they will go in the back and grab a brand new tub to scoop your ice cream to ensure there is no cross contamination! My boys and I have never not gotten sick while we were there!
We have never been to Disney World but my guess is they are pretty good at the gluten free thing too!
