Wait a minute…WHAT?! Not all rotisserie chicken is gluten-free?? Sorry to disappoint but it’s true. Some are injected with glutenous ingredients making it unsafe for celiacs to consume. Luckily, Costco’s rotisserie chicken is gluten-free. Bonus – they are generally bigger and less expensive than other places too!
Do you enjoy picking all the left over meat off the bird after you’re done with your meal?
