My husband made this for me the other day. He wanted a regular bun and didn’t want me to feel left out. We didn’t have any lettuce for a lettuce wrap and I didn’t feel like opening a new package of gluten-free buns. So, he surprised me with this loco moco-ish burger bowl of deliciousness!! I devoured it and couldn’t stop mmmmmm-ing it well after it was gone!!
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop white rice, warmed
- 1 burger patty, cooked
- 1 slice Tillamook pepperjack cheese, melted
- 1 egg, over easy
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 1 large pickle slice
- 3 slices avocado
- 1 large, fresh basil leaf

I like my food all mixed up so I sliced it all up into bite sized pieces, mixed everything together and enjoyed every bite!!! YUM!!
