Chipotle Mexican Grill is very good at eliminating cross contamination. They are not a dedicated gluten free facility but they do have a gluten free menu.
Truth be told, it’s extremely embarrassing for me to order from them because when you say you want to order a gluten free burrito bowl they usually yell out “Gluten Free” and everyone behind the counter starts the clean up process. They take all the utensils out of the tubs and wipe down the whole line. Then they change their gloves and add all new clean utensils. I have never gotten sick there and even though I think it’s embarrassing, I appreciate the fact that I can eat there and know that I won’t get sick!
Update: I have found some locations are better about cleaning the line than others. If they don’t automatically start the clean-up process just tell them you are celiac and you would like them to clean the line. They should know the drill!
