Gluten-free BBQ chicken can be super quick and easy to prepare if you use the right ingredients. One might say this isn’t even really recipe because it’s so simple but I would argue that there are two ingredients and three steps in the directions so in my book that qualifies 🙂 This is one of our go-to easy meals which we often prepare for lunch or dinner any day of the week, it’s SOOO delicious!!

Chicken thighs fresh out of the oven!

The secret to these easy gluten-free BBQ thighs is Kinder’s organic mild BBQ sauce. This post is not sponsored by them in any way, we just really love to find celiac safe ingredients that we can share with you! After all, it’s all about finding the right ingredients to make anything gluten-free right??

Another little tip for those spicy lovers… we pull out the hot stuff, Kinder’s organic hot BBQ sauce, and lather it all over our thighs after they’ve cooked for a little extra kick!

Delicious pairings:

We typically serve this chicken up with some canned corn and green beans to keep the whole meal quick and easy! During the summer we’ll go the extra mile and steam some garden fresh green beans with a little salt and pepper.

Another super yummy side for this BBQ chicken is mashed potatoes. You can boil the potatoes while the chicken is baking then whip them up with a little sour cream, butter, salt & pepper right as you take the chicken out of the oven. Alternatively, if you want to keep with the “easy” theme, bring out your air fryer and toss in a bag of gluten-free Ore-Ida French fries.
